Pet care doesn't need to be unaffordable, that's why we provide high-quality and comprehensive services at a reasonable cost. We offer several payment options for your convenience:
Please be aware, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. This policy allows us to continue to provide the absolute best services for your pets. If you are curious how much your pet's visit or procedure will cost, just give us a call and we will provide an estimate. Keep in mind, estimates are not guaranteed final costs.
In order to provide the leading care your furry friend deserves, our doctors aim to spend a generous amount of time with each patient. For this to happen, we request all clients please make appointments ahead of time.
We do our best to begin all scheduled appointments on time. In some instances, appointments may be slightly delayed due to unexpected emergency cases.
When you come visit us, be sure to have your pet properly restrained in our lobby for the safety of other clients, pets and staff. If we are seeing your dog, please bring them to our facility on a leash. If we are seeing your cat, please bring them to our facility on a leash or in a carrier.
Vet visits can be stressful for some pets. We hope to make all of our furry patients as comfortable as possible, so we ask for your patience and understanding in the waiting area.
We want to make sure your pet receives the medical care they need, even when you're busy! That's why we offer drop-off appointments to best accommodate even your busiest days. If you need to drop off your pet, be sure to let us know when you schedule their visit so we are prepared when you arrive. As soon as one of our doctors has seen your pet, we will give you a call and follow-up with any diagnoses and discharge procedures.
Before dropping off your pet, check with us to make sure they are current on all necessary vaccinations and flea preventives.
